Our Philosophy
We see every home or commercial space as unique—a true reflection of those who live and experience it every day. For us, good design isn't about imposing a specific style, but about discovering and bringing out its true essence.
From our studio in central Malaga, we take the time to sit down and talk with you. We want to understand how you live or work to shape an interior design project rigorously tailored to your needs.
We carry out the complete transformation of your space from the initial design phase, material and furniture selection, to the full execution of the work. We rely on a professional team of our complete trust, allowing us to coordinate and supervise every stage of the renovation. Thus, with the peace of mind of knowing everything is in good hands, your space takes on a new life, gaining in functionality, harmony, and comfort.
Interior Design Projects
We approach spatial design from a comprehensive perspective. We develop space planning through architectural layouts and 3D renders, carefully selecting each material, finish, and lighting solution to bring character to the project. If you'd like to be part of the journey, we personally accompany you to review and touch samples. We also manage the on-site technical coordination to ensure the final result faithfully reflects the design.
Interior Decoration
We bring life and personality to spaces that don't require structural renovation. As decorators, we guide you in selecting furniture, lighting, textiles, and color palettes to create a harmonious, welcoming atmosphere. A close, personalized service to transform your home or business with meticulous attention to detail and zero construction hassle, creating a character-filled space you truly feel is your own.
Comprehensive Renovations
Completely transforming a space requires technical rigor, coordination, and transparent management. We take care of the entire renovation process alongside our trusted contractors, from initial works to the final finishes. We personally supervise on-site progress to ensure every detail matches the projected vision, keeping the process smooth and organized. We manage the trades, timelines, and procurement.
What Our Clients Say
Frequently Asked Questions About Our Design & Renovation Projects
How do we get started and what does the first contact involve?
Simply reach out via WhatsApp or give us a call to tell us what you need. We offer an initial consultation with no obligation to assess the space, understand your priorities, and determine the best approach before defining any formal proposal.
How much does a project with Salomé Hidalgo Estudio cost?
We do not apply generic flat rates because every space and client has unique needs. We calculate tailored estimates based on square meters, the property's current condition, the scope of work, and specifications (ranging from decoration and styling advice to full turnkey renovations with on-site management).
After analyzing your project, we present a detailed fee proposal structured by phases, giving you complete clarity on your investment from the outset.
What areas do you work in?
We develop in-person interior design, decoration, and renovation projects primarily in Malaga city and throughout the province (including Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, and Rincon de la Victoria) depending on project scale. We also provide online interior design and consultancy services for projects located outside the province.
How long does project development and on-site execution take?
The total timeframe is divided into two phases:
Design and project phase: Typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the scale, project complexity, and client timelines. During this period, we define the spatial layout, technical plans, 3D renders, and material selection.
On-site execution phase: The duration of the renovation is not fixed, as it directly depends on the scope, the condition of the property, and the extent of the works to be carried out. In our studio, we take care of coordinating the different trades involved in each phase, meticulously planning the work to optimize timelines and ensure that execution progresses smoothly and in an orderly manner.
How is material selection handled and what level of guidance do you provide?
The process fully adapts to your availability and how you prefer to experience the project:
If you want and are able to join us: We visit showrooms and specialized suppliers directly with you. The selection of materials (flooring, wall coverings, woodwork, lighting, finishes) is made through this joint visit, seeing and touching options in person, and even taking physical samples to your home if necessary to see how they interact with the space's actual light.
If you prefer to delegate or don't have time: At the studio, we take care of the entire selection and technical specification of materials, presenting you with a complete, coherent proposal ready for approval, without you having to worry about travel.
